Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in the charming village of Lehen, ideally situated between Schladming and Haus im Ennstal. Our location makes us the perfect starting point for unforgettable summer and winter activities in the Schladming-Dachstein region. For a car-free holiday, including ski holidays, we recommend using the ski bus. The nearest bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from our house.

Our Appartement Gaislehner offers 55 m² of living space for 2 to 6 guests. The cosy holiday apartment features two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a comfortable seating corner (including a coffee machine, crockery, microwave, electric cooker and much more), as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are also provided. However, what you will enjoy most is the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, which will enchant you every day and invite you to relax and unwind.

To ensure your car is well taken care of during your holiday, a free covered parking space is available. In winter, you can also make use of our ski storage room with a boot dryer, where your equipment can be stored safely after an exciting day on the slopes. In summer, relax in our garden, where garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to enjoy pleasant moments together.

As a partner accommodation of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, more than 100 top leisure attractions are included in the price of your stay. When staying at Appartement Gaislehner, you can enjoy free access to all cable cars in the region, toll roads, swimming pools and lakes, as well as many other leisure facilities throughout the Schladming-Dachstein region. Hiking enthusiasts will find a wide variety of mountain and hiking trails in the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif. The Enns Cycle Path (R7) runs directly past our house, and the Dachstein-Tauern Golf Club is just a 3-minute drive away.

In winter, the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area invites our guests to enjoy its fantastic slopes. Whether you travel by ski bus or car, you can reach either Hauser Kaibling or Planai in just 5 minutes, making it easy to enjoy a varied day of skiing. The Ramsau am Dachstein Nordic Centre is only a 12-minute drive away, and many other winter activities, such as winter hiking, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing and ice skating, are available within a radius of 7 km.
