Apartment Coley has a very large wraparound balcony facing south and west, with views of the ski jump on the Kulmberg, the cross-country stadium and the Dachstein mountains.

In the underground carpark, there is a designated space for one car, plus ski storage room with boot-dryer reserved for guests.
