We want to create feel-good experiences that everyone will remember with a smile. Therefore, it was particularly important to us to design and furnish the apartment in such a way that we would enjoy our vacation here ourselves and one feels just (almost) at home.

Through high-quality amenities and thoughtfully designed interiors in modern alpine style, nothing should be missing during your stay with us. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes after you have dueled with one another in one of the board games.

Afterwards, you can reflect on the successful day in the mountains with a drink on the spacious terrace before you collapse into the comfortable box spring bed and enjoy restful sleep.

THE IDEAL RETREAT
Our apartments are located at about 1,250 m above sea level between Bad Kleinkirchheim (about 5 minutes by car) and St. Oswald (2 minutes by car) - in the midst of the UNESCO Biosphere Park Carinthian Nock Mountains, a true natural paradise! For nature-loving active vacationers, the apartments provide the perfect starting point to extensively explore the surrounding hiking and mountain bike routes. You can then recharge at one of the cozy huts with traditional regional delicacies like Kärntner Kasnudln.

Our personal vacation tip:
The weather forecast in the mountains cannot always be fully trusted. Always pack your swimwear, just in case the weather is not suitable for hiking. Fortunately, Bad Kleinkirchheim has two great spas, namely Thermal Römerbad & Therme St. Kathrein, which invite you to enjoy extensive bathing and relaxation in any weather.
