The hotel is located in the very centre of Kaprun with bars, restaurants and shops. The Maiskogel skilift with the 3-K-connection to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the Alpine rollercoaster Maisiflitzer is 300 m from the hotel. The skibus stops at 20m.

The apartment hotel was built in 2016 and is soft-renovated on an ongoing basis. The hotel accommodates 41 apartments on four floors in three buildings, two of them are connected with each other.
