You want to hear the silence, enjoy the mountain panorama, breathe fresh air and be active at the same time – then you are exactly right with us on the Emberger Alm, at DrauSport/Oberdrautaler Sportschule.

Our vacation apartment is located directly on the Emberger Alm, right below the Almhotel Fichtenheim. In addition to a wonderful view from the south balcony, you will find 2 rooms with shower/WC for 2 people each, a 4-bed room for children or friends, a living kitchen, and an additional external bathroom with shower and WC. You are also welcome to use the west terrace and let the sun shine on your belly in the afternoon.

If you wish to eat out, several inns with tempting offerings are only a few minutes away. By reservation, you can also pick up fresh rolls in the morning and enjoy a quiet breakfast at sunrise on your own balcony.

And if the weather does not encourage activities outdoors: free Wi-Fi, TV, and a corner with games will entertain you even in the rain. In the adjacent Almhotel Fichtenheim, you will also find an inviting sauna landscape available for free use (please register!). Several times a week, there is also the opportunity to book a relaxing massage.

Activities:

The winter sports school with rental is located directly in the house – straight from the vacation apartment to the slopes!

The meeting point for guided hikes in summer is just a few meters away. The starting points for paragliders and hang gliders are also only a few minutes away. We start at an altitude of 1800 m. Several summits are thus easily accessible, and shorter hikes and walks (also with strollers) are possible directly from the house. Sunrises above the clouds are always a very special experience.

The night sky, especially around the new moon, offers breathtaking views, and the holiday observatory at Sattlegger's Alpenhof is available for rental or guided tours by arrangement.
