The apartment complex is located directly opposite of the Therme St. Kathrein, 100m from the centre as well as 100 resp. 250m from the next ski lifts (Maibrunnbahn, Bachlift) and the ski bus stops.

Description

The apartment complex was built in the 1970s. Due to the different owners of the apartments the renovation dates may differ. The complex consists of seven buildings with two floors each featuring a total of 20 apartments.
