Nature Chalet Höflehner – A feeling of home & a prime spot on the trail

The Nature Chalet Höflehner is a charming little house with two spacious holiday apartments for 4 to 6 people each.
Since the complete renovation, the 4-star house combines the history of a Styria country house with modern architecture. Large window fronts, high rooms, and selected antiques create a light-filled atmosphere.

Your private retreat: The apartments (“Earth” & “Sky”) offer approximately 90–100 m² each of maximum comfort and a healthy indoor climate through natural building materials like loden and local wood.

• Living: Large living room with high-quality kitchen, dining table for up to 8 people, and a cozy tiled stove (on the ground floor).

• Sleeping & Bath: Each has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which includes a bathtub).

• Wellness: Each unit has its own private sauna for exclusive use.

• Outdoor area: Large garden with terrace/balcony, grill facilities, and unobstructed views of the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif.

Location & Activities

• Directly at your doorstep: Access to the cross-country ski trails and hiking paths right by the house.

• Mobility: Ski bus stop in immediate proximity; including parking space and 1 carport parking spot per apartment.

• Summer: Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card included!

• Winter: Ski and shoe storage with dryer available.

Important details

• Allergy-friendly: Through the use of natural materials and refraining from carpets. As we are an allergy-friendly house, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.

• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), playroom in the basement.

• Included: Final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
