Location

The apartment complex is calmly located 300m from the Lechnerberg skilift and 1km from the Maiskogel skilift with direct connection to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The skibus stops at 250m. The centre of Kaprun is at 900m, but there are shops, bars and restaurants in the closer surrounding.

Description

The apartment complex was built in 1980 and was last renovated in 2018. The complex accommodates 18 apartments on three floors in six individual and not connected buildings.
