Location

The ski in/out hotel is located at the foot of the world-famous Streif slope. The Hahnenkamm cable car station is 50m from the hotel. The Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm railway station is 130m (2 walking minutes) from the hotel. The centre of Kitzbühel is 650m (8 walking minutes) from the hotel.

Description

The hotel is in the building of a former private villa, built at the turn of the 20th century and converted into a 4-star hotel in 1981. The hotel accommodates 73 rooms on three floors in one building only.

Comments

Built at the turn of the 20th century as a private villa, the property was soon converted into the small guesthouse "Pension Montana". The Richard family took it over in 1979 and converted it into a 4-star hotel two years later, and Andrea Hofer, daughter of Ludwig and Elisabeth Richard, took over the hotel in 2000. Today, the Kaiserhof Kitzbühel is a 4-star superior sports hotel directly at the legendary Streif, with the Hahnenkamm cable car station right next to the hotel and the town centre just a few minutes' walk away. The Kaiserhof gourmet restaurant has been awarded 88 points and 2 forks by the Falstaff Restaurant Guide, and the hotel's wellness area offers a panorama indoor pool, Finnish and bio saunas, steam bath and infrared cabin.
