We offer you seven comfortable apartments in various sizes for up to seven people. All apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens and new bathrooms with showers and toilets. In the upper floors, each apartment also has one or two balconies with breathtaking views. On the ground floor, you will have a sun terrace.

Our Oswald is located in the center of Ellmau, in close proximity to shopping facilities and restaurants. The Kapellenpark, tennis courts, and children's playground are also just a few minutes' walk away. Our guests receive a 30% discount on green fees at the Wilder Kaiser golf course.

Even in winter, the house is always easily accessible by car. The local ski schools, practice lifts, and cross-country ski trails can be reached comfortably on foot. The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house.

Each apartment has a free parking space directly at the house or in our carport (reservation possible).

Please note that pets are explicitly welcome at Oswald (max. 1 per apartment, only in bed with your own bedding). If you prefer not to have any four-legged friends in the house, we recommend our sister establishment Appartements Hubenhof, where you can enjoy your vacation without pets right in the center of the village.
