....enjoy your stay with us and relax in one of our new holiday apartments, ideal for your winter holiday whether as a couple, with friends, or with family!

The family-run holiday home "Bergsee" is located in the district of Hof-Zlapp with a breathtaking view of the year-round snow-covered peak of the Grossglockner!

We offer you apartments for 2 - 7 persons, which are comfortably cozy
furnished.

The valley station Schareck in the center of Heiligenblut can be easily reached in 2 minutes by the ski bus - here you will also find the ski school, sports shops, stores, indoor swimming pool, and restaurants.

The stop for the free ski bus is 50 m from the house.

Hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks begin right in front of the house.

For culinary enjoyment, there is a very well-run inn 100 m away with regional cuisine.

We are especially happy about children. At the nearby farm, we have horses and ponies, cats, and chickens - to pet and pamper.
