The hotel offers a luxury wellness centre, gourmet cuisine as part of a gourmet board, and a variety of activities for each season. It has a huge garden with a playground and an entertainment program for children. The hotel was built in 1908 and lastly renovated in 2017. The hotel has 70 rooms on three floors in four buildings. Three of them are connected, Landhaus is 80 m from the main building.

The hotel is located in Gais, 5km from the centre of Brunico with its pedestrian area with bars, shops, and restaurants. The ski lift in Riscone is 8km from the hotel. There is a free hotel own shuttle to the ski lift (and back) as well as to and from the train station in Brunico.
