The residence is located in the very centre of Soelden, directly on the main street surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The ski lift Giggijochbahn is 550 m from the residence, and the complex Freizeit Arena with indoor pool and saunas is at 350 m (or 4 walking minutes).
