Free Wi-FiIt is a budget-friendly apartment complex in the Nassfeld skiing area. Each apartment has all the necessary furniture and equipment for a comfortable stay. The whole apartment house can be rented for a group of up to 15 people (3 apartments for 4-5 people are in one building). It is in a small village nearby Troepolach and the ski lift "Millenium Express" where all the restaurants and shops are. The apartment house was built in the 1990s and constantly renovated. The apartment house accommodates four apartments in two buildings (3 APTs + 1 APT) on two floors. The two buildings are not connected.

The apartment house is in Rattendorf, a small village 2 km from Troepolach and the ski lift "Millenium Express" (skiing area Nassfeld). The ski bus stops opposite the house and goes directly (5 minutes) to the ski lift. It also operates regularly until late evening. Restaurants and a supermarket are in Troepolach as well.
