The hotel is located in the centre of Seefeld - in the pedestrian zone in an old monastery building dating back to the XVI century. The ski lift Gschwandkopf is 600 m from the hotel, the next ski bus stops 300m from the hotel. There is a shuttle service for free.

Included in the rate: The 3.500 sqm wellness area which has received numerous awards, an outdoor swimming pool heated throughout the year, an indoor swimming pool with a relaxation area, a great choice of saunas such as Finnish sauna, rustic outdoor sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, special shower, whirlpools, panorama-whirl-waterbeds, sun terrace with a breathtaking view to the Wetterstein mountains, professional Saunameister (several times a week), fitness centre, library, cigar lounge. Not included in the rate: Massages, private spas, different baths (Champagne, Cleopatra bath, sea salt bath, etc.), and cosmetic treatments (Maria Galland, Éminence).
